How we do business

We're a small company by design. We don't desire to build a large operation because we believe it takes away from the hands-on approach of our style of consulting. Because of our size, we only accept a small number of new clients and projects each year. Dave Harkins serves as the project lead for each and every project accepted. Other consultants may be assigned to assist on the project.

Project costs are based on hourly rates, estimated for each project prior to the start. Fixed fee projects are rare, but depend on the scope of the project.
